Another Roleplay Begins

(FYI, fellow roleplayers. This roleplay is going to take place between me and The Character Queen. It's nothing personal; we just have an idea we wanted to try. Hope you like it!)
On a cold, dark night, in the forest of Neverland, Peter Pan sat in the midst of a camp, gazing at the moon. He was surrounded by his group of followers, the Lost Boys. Some sat around the campfire quietly, lost in thought as they watched the flames of the fire lick at the air. Others were sparring, using wooden swords to practice with. The remaining few sat around the campfire and talked about the events of the day. Some of the boys had gone hunting and returned with a few rabbits and a deer for dinner. A couple of them had gone and taunted Captain Hook and his crew on The Jolly Roger. Each boy told his side of the story; each one of them made themselves sound like the hero of the story. Peter smirked as he listened. He knew his Lost boys too well; he knew which ones had really done it and which ones were lying to sound impressive.
After a while, Peter sighed and got up from the log bench he was sitting on. His right hand man Felix looked up at him. "Is everything alright, Pan?"
"Everything's fine, Felix. I just want to be alone for a while." He smirked and walked over to the edge of the clearing. "I'll be back in the morning. Sleep well."
Felix nodded and looked back into the fire. Peter slipped away into the trees and jogged a bit until he was good distance away from the group.
He smiled wickedly to himself. "Time to play." Without hesitation, Peter pulled a magic bean out of his pocket. He walked over to an open spot in the woods and threw it to the ground. With a flash, a portal appeared in the forest floor and Peter stepped right into it. It only took a moment as he fell through the green vortex to reappear in a golden room. He tumbled out of the portal and looked up, smiling wickedly. As he stood up, he knew he had gotten where he wanted to go.
"Asgard." Peter said quietly. He smiled. "Perfect."

  1. Still cleaning up the mess the Lost Boys left behind, the crew of the Jolly Roger sat in the dark, scrubbing the deck aimlessly, cursing the wretched teenagers under their breathes.

Then came a noise they were all too familiar with hearing..the loud footsteps of their Captain, Killian Jones. Also known as Hook, due to the loss of his left hand being replaced with such.
Hook walked to the edge of his ship, his right hand man, Mr. Smee, waddling after him. "Cap'n!"
"What is it NOW, Smee?" Hook mumbled, with rolled eyes. Smee was much a doom-sayer and often brought the handsome chap down in spirits.
"Cap'n, these Lost Boy attacks have gotten out of hand! Don't you think we should-" "Please, spare me the theatrics. Just get me some rum. Maybe I can drink it all off tonight." He leaned against the edge and eyed Smee, with a very bored expression, no doubt indicating he was already timing him. Smee deflated, defeatedly. "Right away, Cap'n..."
    And he waddled off.

Hook stood, staring at his crew with little amusement. "C'mon, put your backs into it!" he yelled after awhile. As if on cue, the crew scrubbed harder and faster. He glanced away and smacked his gums, staring off at nothing.
Suddenly, a hand grabbed him from behind and he was plummeted into the water, sinking fast into the icy blue death trap.

  2. Peter Pan surveyed the area around him. From what he could see, there were no guards in sight. He grinned. /This will be easy./ He thought to himself. /All I have to do is sneak up on him and--/
His thoughts were interrupted when he saw a blonde girl walk down the hallway towards the room he was in. He panicked and changed his clothes to a t-shirt and jeans. When she saw him, the girl ran to his side. "Hello! I've never seen you around here before." She looked at him up and down. "Are you alright?"
Peter trembled, pretending to be frightened. "I-I'm fine. Where am I?"
"You're in Asgard. You look like you just saw a ghost." The girl smiled and put her arm around him in a comforting way. "It's alright. My name is Rose Tyler. What's your name?"
"P---" Peter stopped himself from saying his real name. "Patrick. Patrick Kay."
Rose smiled. "Well, Patrick Kay, if you come with me, I can take you to someone who can get you home."
Peter's eyes widened in interest. "Oh, really? Who would that be?"
Rose walked him out of the room and shut the doors behind her. "His name is Loki Laufeyson."

  3. Hook sank to the bottom, unaware he was being watched. Mermaids hovered in the water from afar, waiting to take action in the ending of Killian Jones. A captain who's pirates attacked many of their race.
A few moments later, they dashed like torpedoes to the handsome buccaneer, reaching out to grab him.. but suddenly, powerful swirls traveled across the water and hit them like wrecking balls. They were thrown hundreds of feet away and were soon out cold.

Hook had already lost consciousness when a figure emerged from the dark blue and swam towards him. It grabbed him by the back of his leather coat, then stuck it's hand into it's pocket. After some rummaging, it pulled out a small purple orb and without a moment's hesitation, threw the orb a way's off. Within seconds, it transformed into a massive portal of the same color and the figure pulled Hook's body along right into it, suddenly being sucked up into the enormous circle of lights.

Both the figure and Hook fell from the portal onto a hard floor in a darkened room.

  4. Rose led Peter Pan into a golden throne room where Loki was seated at. Peter gaped at the room around him; every single room in the palace looked as though it were made from pure gold. He hadn't seen anything quite like it before.
"Here he is." Rose said, bringing Peter back to the present. She gestured to a tall, dark-haired man in green and black leather fitted with golden armor. After he finished talking to a servant, the man turned his attention to Rose and Peter. He smiled as he saw Rose.
"It's good to see you, Miss Tyler. Who might this be?" He pointed to Peter.
"Patrick, this is King Loki Laufeyson. Loki, this is Patrick Kay. I found him in the ballroom. I think he's from Earth or 'Midgard' as you call it." Rose looked at Peter. "Is that right? Are you from Earth?"
Peter nodded. "Yes, I am. I was just walking through the woods and the next thing I know, I was here."
"Could he have come through one of your hidden passageways, Loki?" Rose asked.
Loki nodded. "Possibly. It sounds that's what could have been what happened." He sighed and got up from his throne, walking over to Peter and Rose. "So where are you from, Peter? Do you have a home?"
Peter shook his head. "Well, no, actually. I'm an orphan. I don't have anywhere else to go."
Rose wrapped an arm around him and frowned. She glanced at Loki. "Well...maybe you can stay here for a while. Would you like that?"
    Peter smiled. "Yes, I would."
Loki grinned. "That's alright with me. You can stay in a guest bedroom."
Rose gave Peter a hug and smiled. "This is going to be great. You're going to love it here."
Peter half-smiled, pleased that they had believed his lie. "Yes, I think I will."

  5. Hook twitched and stirred, groaning uncomfortably. He tried opening his eyes to see where he was, but his vision was still blurred. After groaning and wiggling some more, Hook began to sit up. He looked about the darkened area, squinting increasingly. "Who there's?!" He called out. Although there wasn't any indication for him to assume there was.
    "Show yourself!"
He struggled to his feet, then winced and held on to his side. A writhing pain traveled up his torso. "Bloody he-" "Hey there, Cap'n!"

Hook swung his head at the darkness.
Out came a young girl. Small, dark-haired and grinning.
He squinted even more as he tried to make out her features in the dark. "Who are you?"
"Name's Sarah. Sarah Demens." She extended a gloved hand.
He stared at it at first, as if to check if it were diseased, then accepted it with his hook. Sarah moved it up and down.
"Charmed," said Hook. "Now can you tell me where I bloody am?"
"Asgard. At least, that's where I HOPE we ended up in. I used a portal orb to get us here." She put her hands on her hips. "You're lighter than you look, ol' chap." "You were in Neverland?" "That, I was. In fact, I was the one who tossed you into the water!" Hook gave her a blank expression.
Sarah winked. "No worries, pretty boy. I mean you well. You actually aren't the Hook I was hoping for, but you'll do." "Come again, love?"
"Long story short, there are several versions of you and I intended to track down another one. But obviously, your version is what I got. SO."
She spun on her heels. "Shall we be off? I'm sensing another devilishly handsome scoundrel is around here somewhere..."
"And how are you doing that?" "I'm a portal jumper, as well as..hm..well, let's say an "expert" of your kind. You're a character. I'm a not-so-normal human from Planet Earth. You're fictional, and I'm not. But I'm making it my mission in life to look after you guys."

She felt the wall, that was colorless, then when she heard a click, she grinned. Grabbing on to a handle of some sort, she opened a part of the wall and rays of golden light poured into the dimmed room.
She presented the outside with a wave of a gloved hand. "Shall we?"

  6. (YAY. Sarah Demens! :3)
After Rose had hugged him for a moment, Peter looked back up to Loki and asked, "So, I'm curious. I've heard stories about you on Earth. Are you really a god?"
Loki chuckled. "The mortals have worshiped me as such before. But no, actually. I'm not a god."
Peter pressed further. "But you're still immortal, right? Can you really live forever?" He looked at Loki expectantly.
"Not forever. But I can live for, give or take, five thousand years." Loki smirked.
"Wow!" Peter gaped at him. "That's amazing! It must be great to live so long!"
Loki laughed and shrugged. "It has its benefits. But it can be a curse for some people."
"I have to ask one more question." Peter said. "Do you really have magical powers?"
    Loki nodded, smiling.
    "Wow! What can you do?"
"Many things." In an instant, Loki appeared behind Peter and startled him. Rose just rolled her eyes.
Peter turned around and his eyes widened. "Wow! That's amazing! I didn't know magic really existed."
Loki chuckled. "It does. It took me years to learn and perfect it; but it is real. On Earth, you call it science. Here, in Asgard, they are one and the same."
"Incredible." Peter said. He grinned. "I really think I'm going to like here."
Loki smiled. "Wonderful. Now Rose can show you to the guest room. It was nice to meet you, Patrick Kay." Loki nodded to him, smiled at Rose and walked out of the throne room.
Behind Rose's back, Peter looked at Loki as he left and smiled wickedly. "Likewise."
(Sorry, that was awful, but oh well.)

  7. (Not awful! ;) Very good.)

Reluctantly, Hook approached the doorway, still squinting at the bright light ahead. He held his hook arm up over his eyes and was now at the very door step. "What is this place?"
"As I said, Asgard." "Yes, I got that part, but what IS Asgard?"
"A palace, of some sort. Royalty and such." Hook glared at her.
Sarah cleared her throat as she rested against the wall, arms crossed.
"A race of alien Vikings, basically. They're Warriors, but royal ones and have alot of power. So..when we come across them, keep your mouth shut. Let ME do the talking. I've been here quite a few times, so they're pretty familiar with me." She tapped his arm with a finger. "But not YOU. You can imagine, they're not used to strangers of our kind showing up here, willy nilly."
"Willy what?" "Oh, just come on."

Sarah bumped past him and started off down the long, golden hallway.
Hook watched her a bit, trying to read the girl, and when it became impossible, he took a deep sigh and began to follow her.

"So, Lady Demens-" Sarah scoffed at this, but Hook didn't see.
"Where exactly do you come from? Storybrooke, I wager?"
"Nope. Just good old VA, U.S.A." "I see...then how did you happen across such abilities as to 'portal jump'?" "Long story I rather not get into."
Hook frowned, lopsidedly. "Well, no matter WHERE you came from, you'd make quite a pirate." "You say that to all the tough chicks?"
"Only the ones that are pleasing to the eye."
Sarah froze and looked over at him. He stopped with her and gave her a glance, with a wicked grin. "How old are you?" He asked, flirtatiously.
    Sarah rose a suspicious eyebrow.
"Does it matter?" "Yes." "Nineteen..going on twenty."
Hook then looked her up and down. "Old enough, I see..." He smiled again and winked at her. "Quite a pretty lass, aren't you?"
"Oh, good lord." Sarah slowly mumbled, with rolled eyes and immediately trudged on.
"..What a flirtatious sap." She said under her breath.

  8. Back in the Neverland forest, it was late morning. The Lost boys were scattered into two main groups; one group was terrorizing the Jolly Roger and another was hunting. Felix was leading the first group through the thick woods. So far, they hadn't found any game nearby and the boys were impatient. Felix encouraged them to be quiet when he felt something whiz past his head.
The Lost boys went silent and they held up their weapons defensively. Felix turned his head to see that an arrow had flown past his head into the tree behind him. Attached to the arrow was a note. Felix removed the arrow and pulled out the note to read it.
"What does it say?" One of the lost boys asked, looking over Felix's shoulder.
Felix grinned evilly. "It's from Pan." He turned to face the group. "A few days ago, he told me about his plan to go to Asgard and said if everything went according to plan, he'd bring us with him. The note..." He held it up. "...says that we must wait in the camp for his signal. When he is ready for us to come, he will bring us into Asgard through a portal." The Lost boys smiled and nodded in agreement. "How long do we have to wait?" Another boy asked.
Felix folded the note and put in his pocket, grinning. "Not long. Go find the others and tell them to come back to the camp. Sharpen your swords and ready your weapons. We're going to play."

  9. Sarah and Hook walked on in silence.
The hallways were like a maze almost, and many times, Hook thought Sarah had lost her way. After this happened more than ten times, them having walked for what felt like hours, Hook stopped and grabbed Sarah's arm. "Do you even know where you're GOING?" Sarah didn't bother looking at him, instead surveying the area. "Uh huh."
"Because you've been making alot of stops and changes in direction."
"Cut me a break, I've never been in this particular area before."
"Right. Is there anyone around to point you in the right direction?"
He looked around. Sarah pressed her tongue against her cheek. "Nope."
"Then we're lost." "Not lost! Just...momentarily misplaced."
"There's no such thing, lass." "Don't you lass me, you pesky devil."
She pulled out a small device from her pocket and rose it high in the area. It made a whirling noise. "We ggoooooo.." She looked both ways, then at the device, then jumped and pointed to their right. "This way!"
She ran at full speed at a doorway in the far right corner of the room, but as she was about to pass it, an obnoxious, rusty sound hummed in the air, making Hook thrash his head around to find the source of it.
And before Sarah knew it, she slammed face-first into a large blue box, which bounced her back to the floor. Hook immediately ran to her side, after wincing from the impact she endured.
    "Demens, are you alright?"
Sarah shook her head around and smacked his hands away as she proceeded to stand. "I'm fine, I'm fine..." She started to dust herself, but then quickly brought a hand up to her nose. "Ow.." She flinched.

Abruptly, the blue box's doors flung open and a man in a long brown coat took a gander at the scenery, then at the two standing before him.
A boyish grin suddenly formed on his face. "Did you miss me?"

    ReplyDelete
  10. (*quiet sobbing* YESSSSSS. I MISSED YOU.)
Peter tossed his bow and arrow into the portal he had just created, before it disappeared completely. He had seen Felix get his message and he was very pleased. It wouldn't be very long before he needed them again.
Suddenly, there was a knock on his door. "Hello? Patrick, it's Rose. Is it alright if I come in?"
"Yes, you may." The doors opened to her pretty, smiling face. Peter smirked. Rose was very pretty. He almost felt guilty about what was going to happen to her later.
"Good morning! Did you sleep well last night?" Rose walked up and gave him a friendly hug.
Peter returned it. "I did. I had nice dreams. How about you?"
Rose smiled and released her embrace. "I slept great. I dreamed about seeing the Doctor, a....friend of mine again."
Peter raised an eyebrow. "Oh?" He smirked. "Is he a 'close' friend?" He winked.
"Oh, no, but we're really good friends." Rose sheepishly looked away.
"Riiight." Peter laughed. "I see what you mean."
Rose lightly and playfully punched his shoulder. "It's not like that. Anyways, would you like to see the rest of Asgard today? I thought I could give you a tour."
Peter smiled. "Sounds fantastic!" He and Rose walked out of his bedroom. He shut the door behind them. "Where do you want to take me first?"
"Hmmm. Well, there's so much to see. How about the city?"
"Sounds great to me. Lead the way, miss." As Rose turned away from him, Peter put his hands in his jean pockets and fumbled with the magic bean in his right pocket. "I've got all the time in the world."

  11. Hook stared the man up and down. "Who the bloody ---- are you?!"
"Language!" Sarah scolded, flicking his forehead. He winced at this.

"Oh, hello!" He shook Hook's hand. "Forgot to introduce myself, how rude, I'm the Doctor! And you are?" "Killian J-" "His name is Hook. Captain Hook. Hook, this is my friend, the Doctor. He's a..traveling companion."
She gave the Doctor a strict stare. "What the bloody heck are you doing here?" "Oh, sorry, I forgot. I'm here to stop YOU."
    Sarah rose her eyebrows. "Me?"
"Yes, you." He folded his arms and looked down at her, suspiciously.
"I told you not to come here again. Loki is MY problem."
"Who said I was here for Loki?" "You're always after Loki, you hate the man."
"Hate is a strong word, Doc." "Don't call me that." "Let's use 'strongly dislike', instead." "Well, then, who ARE you here for?"
"Who said I was even here for ANYONE?" She wiggled her eyebrows.
He squinted, then swung his head at the pirate captain.
"And what are YOU doing here?!"
    Hook pointed. "She kidnapped me."
"Oh pshaw, I just burrowed him, is all.." She shrugged her shoulders, as if nearly drowning the man, then taking him to another world was nothing.

The Doctor slapped his face and rubbed it, stressfully. "Sarah, you CAN'T kidnap people from other worlds! For Gallifrey's sake, I've told you this A MILLION TIMES." "Yet you kidnap human girls from Earth all the time!"
The Doctor kept silent. "What is he doing here?"
"I brought him along to help me with something."
    "Like what?"
    "Like none of your business."
"It IS my business, he's an alien, technically."
    "Oh, technically your face."
    "Stop being such a child."
"I AM a child, don't let my supposed age deceive you."

The Doctor shook his head. "I'm taking you both home."
"No, you're not!" "Yes, I am!" "Oh, no, you're not!"
Hook sighed as the two went on.
"YES, I AM." The Doctor swung around, placed his hands in his pockets and began to walk into the blue box, when Sarah suddenly stuffed her hand in her own pocket, pulled out a handful of red dust and blew it in his direction. The Doctor sneezed and wheezed and wobbled. "What did you just---" He turned to her, but his face started drooping, sleepily.
    "I--can't--you--little---"
He gave one last groan as his knees caved in and he fell to the floor, unconscious.

Sarah snatched Hook's arm and dashed inside the box, then slammed the doors.
"What did you just do to him?!" Hook exclaimed, not really worried about him, but frantically curious as to what she used to do it..and whether or not she would use it on him.
"Poppy dust! It makes one fall asleep, almost instantly."
She sounded a little more perky than she had intended. She ran for the controls and started pressing buttons and turning knobs. "I need to get to the throne room, that's where I'll find it.."
"Find what?" "There's a reason I'm not going into detail."

Hook rolled his eyes at her stubbornness, then realized what he was surrounded by. He rose an eyebrow. "What IS this strange contraption? It looks like a ship of witchcraft!" "Not witchcraft, handsome. Science. It's an alien spaceship, pretty much. Takes you anywhere, anytime in the universe. A time machine, in other words. It's the T.A.R.D.I.S."
She pulled one last knob and the T.A.R.D.I.S. responded with the same obnoxious sound, and began to shake.
"And it's gonna take us exactly where we should be."

  12. "Peter, where did you go?"
Peter glanced behind him at the closed doors when he heard Rose calling for him. While Rose was busy chatting with someone in the marketplace, he had sneaked off to the ballroom and used another magic bean to create a portal. He had been gone for fifteen minutes, and during that time, he had gone back to Neverland and told his Lost Boys that he was ready to execute his plan. Now he had just stepped through the portal back to Asgard; when Rose came into the room, she wouldn't be able to see it. It was hidden behind a pillar.
Peter had given his boys instructions to wait for his signal phrase to step into the portal. He looked around him to make sure everything was ready. Then, grinning wickedly, he ran to the doors and opened them.
"Sorry, I'm in here!" Peter called out. "Can you come in here with me? I want to show you something."
Rose laughed and raised an eyebrow. "Oh, alright." She followed him inside. "What are you doing in here, Peter?" Rose asked. "I wasn't going to show you this room because I found you in it. But I mean, it is a gorgeous room."
"Indeed, it is." Peter grinned and turned to face her. "I was just curious. Then I found something that I wanted to show you. Come over here." He gestured to his right, where the portal was.
    "Okay." Rose followed him cautiously.
Peter smiled. He had spoken the signal. When Rose got to where Peter was, she took a step back. Three Lost boys had already stepped out of the portal, wielding swords and brandishing clubs.
"P-Patrick, what's going on?" She gave Peter a confused look.
Peter chuckled and his entire visage changed. He no longer looked innocent to Rose; he wore an evil look. "These boys are with me. You see, my name's not really Patrick. I'm Peter Pan."
In spite of her fear, Rose laughed. "Peter Pan? You mean like in the movie?"
"Actually, I'm quite different than what the story says about me." Peter nodded at Felix, giving him a silent command. He glanced back at Rose and smiled. "Don't worry, Rose. We're not after you. You're just a bargaining chip." Suddenly, Felix shows up behind Rose and opens a bottle of smoke in her face. Rose falls to the ground unconscious.
"Take her and hide her away." Peter commanded. "I need to have a chat with the king." He smirked deviously and raised his fist into the air. "Come on, boys!"

  13. The T.A.R.D.I.S. made a horrid sound that made Hook cover his ears. "What is that bloody monstrosity?!" He screamed. "It's landing!" She screamed back. "I've heard better landings!"
It shook and rattled and tossed Sarah and Hook about, until it finally was still and the noise died down.
Sarah froze for a sec and looked around to make sure it was indeed done.
After a few minutes had passed, she nodded and tapped the controls.
"And that's how it's done!" "How on Earth do you know how to fly this thing?" "I told you, the Doc and I are traveling companions. I know how to fly all sorts of ships and galore." "Gawhat?" "Shh, silence. C'mon!"

Sarah practically skipped to the doors and flung them open.
    "Aha! We're here!"
She looked up at the throne and rubbed her hands together.
"It's there.." "What is?" Hook said from behind.
"The scepter.." "What scepter?" "Use your eyes, man! The scepter right THERE!" She pointed at the throne, with a long black object resting against it. Hook tilted his head and stepped a little closer, as if trying to get a better look. "What does it do?" "You'll see."

This time, Sarah shoved Hook out and closed the doors, then frolicked across the shining golden floors to the glorious royal chair sitting infront of her. She walked up the steps with delicacy and eyed the scepter with caution. "Something isn't right, though.."
"Why?" Hook questioned, a little too distracted by the marvelous sights around him.
"Loki's not here...he's almost always with his scepter."
Sarah began to look around her with caution.
    Hook didn't really notice.
Sarah reached in and tapped the scepter, but her finger suddenly went right through it.
    "Scrap! This is a-"
    "Trap?"

Sarah and Hook both swung around.
Loki stood before them, hands behind his back, with a wicked grin.
"I've been expecting you, your Majesty."
"Majesty?!" Hook shot her a glance. "You're bloody royalty?!"
"In a way, yes. She's the Character Queen, you see."
He didn't bother with continuing the conversation, however.
He drew out the real scepter and waved it in the air. "Looking for this?"
"Indeed, I am." Sarah suddenly took the false scepter, which was now physical. She presented it to him and smiled.
He frowned as he looked into his hand and the one he held abruptly fell through his grasp.

He swung his head up at her and gestured with his hand to bring the real scepter to him. "Hand it over!"
    "Uhhhhh....I don't think so."
"NOW, you insignificant little-" "Save it, Dorky!"
She whipped her hand into her pocket and immediately drew out a handful of blue powder, which she blew powerfully into Loki's direction.
It sucked into his lungs and before he could get a chance to fight or even speak, he fell to the floor, in a coughing fit.

Sarah brushed past him, swinging the scepter over her shoulder and snapped her fingers for Hook to follow.
"I'mma take this and just skedaddle, fine sir. Pleasure." She did a salute with a finger from behind the black haired menace and trudged on with style.

Hook waddled after Sarah and saluted Loki off with his hook.
"Sorry, mate! But the lady's taking me places!"

  14. Moments after Sarah Demens and Hook had left, Loki had coughed out most of the blue powder and stood up slowly. He cursed under his breath and scowled in the direction that Sarah had trudged off in. "That mewling quim has messed with me for the last time." He clenched his fists and marched after the direction she went off to.

But he was stopped; the throne doors swung open to Patrick Kay, the boy he had met earlier. Only this time, he was dressed in different clothing that indicated he wasn't really from Earth. Loki smirked; he didn't tell Rose this at the time, but he could see through 'Patrick's' lie. He knew who he really was.

"You know for the god of mischief, you're not very good at recognizing a lie." Peter said, smirking. He slowly ambled his way over to Loki.
"Oh, I saw through it from the moment you came here. The truth is, I didn't really care, /Peter Pan/." Loki grinned wickedly.
"Oh, so you did know? I'm impressed. I was really disappointed in you at first, but thank goodness you're not as clueless as I thought you were!" Peter Pan laughed and circled Loki, like a predator.
"What are /you/ doing here in Asgard, Pan?"
Peter smiled wickedly. "Well, you see, Loki, I need something from you."
Loki laughed. "What could you /possibly/ want from me?"
Peter started walking towards to throne. "What I need from you, Loki Laufeyson..." He turned on his heel and faced Loki again. "...is your /heart/."

  15. Sarah froze from the inside of the T.A.R.D.I.S. when she heard it.
She swung around, causing Hook's attention to divert.
"Was that...??" She instantly ran to the door and pressed her ear against it.
She waited a few minutes, until she heard the unmistakable sound.
"AHH!!!!" She exclaimed. "What's wrong?!" said Hook.
    "It's him!" "Him?" "Peter!" "Pan?!"
    "KJSJHQSHJS!!"

She was about to open the door, when Hook suddenly pounced her and rolled her as far away from the doors as possible. She punched his stomach and he double over as she jumped up.
    "What the heck, man?!"
"Don't!!" He coughed. "You can't!" He coughed even more.
"Can't what?!" "Go to him!" He wheezed. "He's a bloody demon!"
"So are you, hooky." She grabbed the scepter and swung it over her shoulder. "And I have news for you; I have a thing for bloody demons."
She winked and took off towards the doors.

But as she opened them, a surprising face was waiting for her outside.
She yelped. "Doctor!" She slammed them closed and ran the other way, but it was pointless. The Doctor unlocked them and stormed inside.
"Sarah Demens, you have no idea how in trouble you are! Give me that scepter!" "No way, hair-do! The scepter stays with me!"
"What do you need it for?!" "THINGS!"
The Doctor frustratedly pulled his own hair. "NOW, Demens! Give it!"
    "You ain't getting nothing!"
And just like that, Sarah abruptly slammed a button on her side and she disappeared, along with Loki's scepter.

  16. Loki didn't even try to mask his surprise and confusion. "My /heart/?"
"Yes." Peter walked to the throne and sat down on it comfortably. "You see, Loki, I don't belong in Neverland like the rest of the Lost Boys do. I can't live forever like they can. So, in order for me to stay, I need a heart that can last me a long time." He smiled wickedly at Loki. "And that's why I need your heart for my own. You're not immortal; so I can't live forever. But it'll give me time to find my immortality, say give or take 5000 years?"
"You're /not/ getting my heart." Loki growled. With a flick of his finger behind his back, he put a protection spell over his chest to keep Pan from taking it out of him.
Peter smirked and got up from the throne. "Oh, I'll have it. Just wait and see."
"What makes you think that I would ever give it to /you/?" Loki sneered. He clenched his hand, wishing he had his scepter so he could stab Peter with it.
Peter said nothing. He held out his hand and waved his other hand over it. "This." A bloodied scarf appeared in his hand.
Loki fell silent and paled. He knew who that scarf belonged to. /Rose/.

  17. While Hook and the Doctor were busy arguing, Sarah appeared like magic behind the T.A.R.D.I.S. and clicked her tongue. "Meant for me to travel farther than that..." She adjusted a knob on her teleportation device.
"I need to get my tail outta here and hitch a ride...too bad the Poppi dust didn't last as long as I'd hoped, otherwise I'd have the T.A.R.D.I.S. to get me to safety. I'm gonna have to find a way to get Mr. Pirate back, also.."
She sighed, then spotted movement next to her. She swung her head to a Lost Boy who gave her a worried stare. He backed away a few steps as if he were going to run and tell.
But Sarah immediately brought a finger to her lips and silently shushed him.
She winked and noogied his head, then tossed him a pack of M&M's from her side pouch.
He looked at them for a minute as if they were a bag of germs, then looked at her and smiled, mischievously.
Sarah always got along better with boys, so she knew their weaknesses. Especially the young ones.

Once she were a ways off from the boy, she pressed the teleport button again and this time, she appeared in a large, gorgeous room. It blinded her almost by the beautiful and intricate detail of the design, and the light from the chandelier beaming down on the floor.
She smiled, planted the scepter into the floor and used it as a support beam for her body to rest against. "I love my job."

  18. The fury Loki felt boiling with him was clearly seen in his angry stare. "What have you /done/ with her?"
"/I/ didn't do anything." Peter answered, smirking. He tossed the bloodied scarf to Loki. "I left her with the Lost boys. I told them to play nice, but..." He chuckled. "It looks like they didn't listen."
Loki snarled and, in a blink of an eye, grabbed Peter by the throat. "Where. Is. She?"
"Why.....does she matter....so much to you, Loki?" Peter asked, while gasping for breath. "She.....travels...with the....Doctor....does she not? You're....not...in....love with her...are you?" He looked more carefully at Loki. "No...." He glanced at his hand. "You're married....aren't you?"
Loki tightened his grip. "Yes. And you'll never take her. Now, give me back Rose."
Peter laughed. "But Rose still means a lot to you. As a friend, I suppose." He sighed and snapped his fingers. He disappeared out of Loki's grasp and appeared behind. This time, two Lost boys appeared, holding Rose by the arms. They cast her onto the golden floor. Loki ran to her side.
"I'll leave you two to talk. I have other business to take care of in Asgard." Peter leaned down and snarled in Loki's face, "I will return for /your/ heart." With a snap of his fingers, he and the Lost boys disappeared, leaving Loki to take care of a beaten and battered Rose.
(Sarah D., how about you and Pan meet up next? :3)

  19. (YES, the moment I've been waiting for! XD haha...I'll let you take the reins, though, so I'll leave it open, alright?)

The Doctor sent out a frustrated sigh after him and Hook had really gotten into it. He slammed his hands down on the controls and it made a displeased sound. "Why doesn't that girl just ever LISTEN?!"
"She's a bloody nightmare..I still feel pain in the gut.."
"She hit you in the stomach, didn't she?" "Aye, she did."
The Doctor shook his head, smiling. "She likes doing that..."
He peeked at outside. There, he saw Loki and a woman on the floor. The woman appeared to be injured...that's when he realized.
"ROSE!" He started to run in her direction, but Hook suddenly jumped infront of him, closed the doors and stood in his way. The Doctor skid to a stop.
    "You're not going anywhere, mate."
    ~
Once Sarah was finished sight-seeing, she turned and pressed the button on her side. Immediately, she was transported to the room where they kept all the aircraft. She grinned, wickedly. "Finally, some hard core flightage!"
"You!" She spun on her heels. A guard. "You're not supposed to---"
He stopped and eased himself when he realized who she was. "Miss Demens...I didn't know you were here.." He pointed at her hand. "What are you doing with Loki's scepter?" "Burrowing it." "Why?" "Cuz."
She scratched the back of her neck. "Just cuz."
He rose an eyebrow, when he suddenly collapsed to the floor, unconscious.
Sarah jolted. "What the---" She spun her head in every direction.
    "Scrraaappp....Doctor? Hook? Loki? WHAT."
    She clutched the scepter, protectively.

  20. Loki held Rose in his arms. "Rose, I'm so, so sorry. The Doctor is going to kill me for letting this happen to you." He bit his lip and it turned white, as he looked at Rose. From head to toe, she was covered in bruises and scars.
Rose tried to smile, but it did hurt her. "It's okay....it wasn't your fault. The Doctor.....will understand." She began to cough, blood dripping from her mouth.
Loki's eyes widened. "Hang on, Rose." Starting at her head, he waved his hand above and across her. As he did, he was healing her and all her bruises and cuts disappeared instantly. She stopped coughing and her breathing relaxed.
"Thank you so much, Loki." Rose smiled. "You've been such a good friend to me while I was here."
Loki smiled, trying to hold back his tears. "It's no problem. I'm just...I'm glad you're okay, my friend."
Rose sat up and kissed him on the forehead. Then she turned her head quickly when she heard the Doctor call her name. "The Doctor!" She looked back at Loki excitedly. "It's him! He's come back! DOCTOR!!!" She stood up to run to him, but not before she saw Hook stand in his way.
"Don't worry," Loki said. "/I'll/ take care of him."
    ~
"Did you miss me, Sarah darling? Because I certainly missed you." A voice familiar to Sarah called out of the shadows. "And I didn't expect to find you here. Can you believe my luck?" Suddenly, Peter Pan emerged from a dark corner of the room and walked up behind Sarah. He glanced at the scepter. "I really hope you don't stab me with that thing."

    ReplyDelete
  21. (Ohhhhh, it just got real! ;))

Before the Doctor could get any kind of intimidated by Hook, he heard Rose call after him. He looked back at the pirate. "PLEASE! I need to see her!"
"Who is she, your muse?" "Her name is Rose and she's my companion! And she's badly injured, I need to help her!!"
"She's quite a catch..." He put a finger up to his lips in thought.
"You wouldn't mind if I...burrowed her for awhile?" He tilted his head down and gave him a twisted smirk. The Doctor now had a look of pure fury.
"Don't you DARE touch her!" "Oh, I'll do whatever sees me fit...Doctor."
He then lunged at the Doctor, swiping at him with his hook.
But the Timelord was more athletic than he had hoped and he dodged his advances, the two soon running about the T.A.R.D.I.S. in an endless circle. That is until the doors slammed open.
    ~
Sarah was ready to obliterate whoever was trying to mess with her, but she relaxed when she heard Pan's charming little British accent behind her.
She grinned at the familiarity and turned to face him.
"Hello, love. Long time, no see."

In answer to his remark about the scepter, she placed it's bottom to the floor and rotated it with her fingers. "With this old thing? Nah. If I were to stab you, it'd be with something with a little more...."
Without him realizing it, she quickly tapped her teleport button and appeared right behind his shoulder.
    "-kick."
She grinned at him as they looked at one another.
"How's life been treating you, darling? What brings you to old Asgard, eh?"

    ReplyDelete
  22. "DOCTOOOOR!" Rose called out again. Loki advanced towards the two fighting. Before breaking up the fight, he inspected the TARDIS in front of him. "Hm. Perhaps this could useful to me." He thought. He turned his attention back to the quarrel and grabbed Hook from behind. He turned him around and punched him square in the nose. As Hook fell to the ground, Loki seized his neck and held him into the air. "So this is the famous Killian Jones. What brings you to Asgard, /swine/?"
    ~

Peter smiled. He was thrilled to see Sarah again. "Life....has been treating me well. The Lost boys have missed their mother." He remarked, winking at her. "But unfortunately, I haven't got much time." His voice got more serious and he stood closer to her. "Do you remember when I showed you the hourglass on Skull Rock?" He said low and softly.

    ReplyDelete
  23. "ROSE!" The Doctor exclaimed and ran to embrace her.
Hook held his breath as he was hovered in the air. "I didn't----come here----voluntarily--" He choked. "---she-----brought me here--"
    ~
Sarah lost her cheery spirit when Peter got closer.
The moment went from flirty to doom and gloom, fast. She sighed.
There was always something getting in the way of a good moment.
"Yes..I remember." She kicked the bottom of the scepter and it swung in a perfect circle. "The one that's pretty much keeping you--" She looked him up and down. "-You."
She inspected the scepter for a moment, tilting her head all the while.
"Is that why you came here? For Asgardian immortality?"

    ReplyDelete
  24. The Doctor caught Rose in a hug. She smiled and hugged him tightly. "Doctor, I've missed you so much!"
Loki tightened his grip on Hook's throat. "Who's she? The Character Queen?" He smirked. "That makes sense." He released his grip from Hook's throat and let him tumble to the floor. He circled Hook.
"Doctor, I heard this scoundrel make some questionable comments about your Rose." He grinned wickedly at Hook. "Shall I dispose of him for you?"
    ~
Peter sighed. He didn't mean to ruin the moment. He trusted Sarah and cared for her deeply. He absentmindedly swept a piece of her hair behind her ear. "Yes. But sadly, even Asgardians don't live forever. They can live for as long as 5000 years. I'd be blessed to have that lifespan alone; and who knows? Maybe it will give me time to find immortality somewhere else. Now," He smirked at her. "Why are you here exactly?" He glanced at the scepter. "Why do you want Loki's scepter?"

    ReplyDelete
  25. The Doctor smiled and held her close. "I missed you, too, Rose.."
    He whispered in her ear.

Hook winced and held his throat, painfully. "Don't take it personally...I make questionable comments about every woman, including the lass." He huffed and wheezed and slowly arose to his feet. "And yes..it's the Character Queen...she kidnapped me. She apparently 'needs' me for something, but I don't know what."

The Doctor looked over at Hook with an expression of irritation, but he moved to Loki and laid a hand at his shoulder. "No...let him go."
He walked over to the controls. "He's Sarah's problem, not our's."
    ~
Sarah smirked and started circling him. "I suppose out of all of them, you're the one I trust the most to tell..." She got close, close enough to where their faces were only a few inches away and she whispered. "I need it to persuade some...less-than-friendly associates of mine." She cut her eyes at the scepter, briefly, then looked back at Pan. "See, his scepter has the ability to make anyone follow you..it turns your heart against you, basically, and you wind up serving the person who poked you with it, QUITE diligently." She gave it another glance.
"I need the associates as my crew..and the captain shall be my pilot."

    ReplyDelete
  26. Loki snarled. "Fine." He scowled at Hook before turning away.
Rose followed the Doctor. "So what do we do about Peter Pan, Doctor?"
"He wants my heart." Loki spat out. "He needs it to live longer."

    ~
Peter smirked. "That does sound like quite the diligent tool." He whispered, enjoying their closeness. "Do you need another...associate?"

    ReplyDelete
  27. The Doctor sighed. "I'm---I'm not sure. In all honesty, I'm not quite familiar with Pan OR Hook." He looked back at the pirate. "I'm not even sure what Sarah could be wanting with him."
Hook, meanwhile, had already dusted himself and was beginning to trail the three, not exactly knowing where to go.
"If it's Pan you're after, take my advice; STAY AWAY. He's a bloody nightmare." He scoffed. "I'm wondering what those devious little devils could be plotting..Sarah is after the scepter and myself..and Pan is after YOUR heart..." He gestured to Loki.
    ~
Sarah smirked and brushed some of Peter's hair back from his eyes.
"You mean someone as cute as you?" She gently poked his nose as if it were a button. "I don't know..it looks as if you're having quite the time going solo." She swung the scepter over her shoulder.
"And I gotta hitch a ride fast before Loki sends in a swarm of loyal attack dogs to arrest me." She shivered, thinking about the all-white prison cells.
    Too white for her taste.

    ReplyDelete
  28. "M-maybe we could send him away somehow, before he hurts anyone. Or take Loki away." Rose looked at Loki worriedly.
Loki shrugged. "I don't personally care what happens to me. I won't let him get my heart. But I don't want the bloody demon hurting any of my family. I have a wife and many other friends in Asgard; if he lays a finger on any of them like he did to Rose, I'll slit his throat."
    ~
Peter laughed. "Being alone is fun, but the Lost boys are always with me. So I'm not always alone. Besides..." He said softer. "it gets old after a while. I do miss you."
When she mentioned needing a way out, he whispered, "Come with me." He reached into his pocket and pulled out two magic beans. "These can take us anywhere. Neverland. Storybrooke. Anywhere." He looked back up at her. "Anywhere you wish. And we can take the Captain with us. I promise I'll be...../polite/." He said, smirking.
He leaned in a tiny bit, so his lips were almost touching hers. "Come with me, Let's fly away." Then he kissed her and held her head in his hand. He smiled as he did. He had been waiting to do that for a while.
(Bahahahaha, I'm laughing so hard. Sorry, I had to make it romantic.)

  29. Hook sighed and rolled his eyes. "Oh bloody-- I'll find Sarah myself. SHE'S the one with all the answers here." "What do you mean?" The Doctor questioned, as Hook shoved past all of them and began to storm away. He stopped.
"I mean, Sarah has more tools than all the men I have seen combined on that little waist of her's. She has powers and methods that are probably taking her out of Asgard RIGHT NOW. We're wasting time...." He stopped, then let out a frustrated sigh, closing his eyes. "Pan..."
    ~
(And here comes Captain Killjoy-- I'm feeling terrible!! lolz)

As much as Sarah was approving of what was happening, she didn't have time for it. She gently pushed him back. "Sorry, hon. Sounds like an awfully big adventure...but I just can't."
She took the scepter and started to back away. The guard began to stir.
"I have to get out of here...alone." She played with an orb that she had snuck out from her pocket. This time, it was blue.
"We're gonna have to go our separate ways yet again."
She then revealed what she was holding WITH the orb. Pan's two beans.
"Though we can't go together..I CAN point you in the right direction..so you and your boys can go there yourselves." She brought the beans close to her mouth and whispered inaudible words into them and they started glowing red.

She tossed them back to him.
"Go where those lead you and you'll get your immortality."
She gave him a smile and turned.

  30. Loki sighed. "He's right. We need to go find him before he does any more damage." He turned away from the group. "I'm going to go search for him. You're welcome to come, if you'd like."
"Wait, can I come with you?" Rose asked. She glanced at the Doctor. "Is that alright? I want to help stop him."

    ~
Peter caught the beans and sighed, but smiled. "Thank you, Sarah. W-will I see you again....soon?" He hoped she would give him some hope; but he understand why she needed to go. Sarah was always a busy woman, and, before she gave him the beans, he was busy too.

  31. The Doctor rolled his eyes. "Oh, let's ALL go! I'm gonna be the one left behind, anyway!" He took Rose's hand and walked into the T.A.R.D.I.S.
"The T.A.R.D.I.S. will pinpoint where Sarah is at, including Pan."
Hook rushed past Loki. "Take us to Pan first. YOU two can go after Demens."
    ~
Sarah eyed the beans he held, then looked away, playing with the scepter.
"Maybe...I don't know. It's been awhile since our last encounter...we'll see."
The guard was now getting up.
She jolted. "Scrap---" She looked over at Pan and shooed him away.
"Please go, I don't want anyone to get ahold of those beans!"

    ReplyDelete
  32. Loki sighed and followed them into the T.A.R.D.I.S. "Leave Pan to me. Rose is my friend; I will make him /pay/ for what he did to her." Absentmindedly, he looked around the T.A.R.D.I.S.; his eyes widened in sudden surprise and he stumbled backward. "What kind of sorcery is this? Your machine is smaller on the outside than it is within!"
    ~
Peter looked down at the beans in his hands and sighed. "As you wish, my love." Turning around, he faced the wall, tossed one of the red beans into it and stepped through the portal it created.

  33. The Doctor grinned, boyishly, at Loki's compliment.
"Yepppp, Timelord technology. See, it's a long story, back in the day, the Timelords-"
"WE DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS!" Hook ran for the controls and vigorously started pressing buttons and turning a few knobs.
The Doctor hurriedly tried to stop him, but it was too late. The T.A.R.D.I.S. was going hay-wire.
    ~
The guard jumped up just as Sarah was turning. "Miss Demens! What just happened?!" "Uhhh.." Sarah backed away. "Scrap..." She looked at Pan, who was already passing through the portal.

Suddenly, she heard blades unsheathe and rustling sounds pointing in her direction. She swung her head infront of her and saw a line of guards directing their weapons at her.
"Sarah Demens, we are placing you under arrest!" One tall guard exclaimed. She breathed through her teeth. "Scrap again..."
    She looked back at Pan.
    He was leaving.
    The portal was closing.
    She panicked.

She quickly spun on her heels and booked it.
She jumped through the portal just as it closed, and high-tailed it after Peter.

  34. The T.A.R.D.I.S. shook and Loki fell onto his back, startled.
"Grab onto something!" Rose yelled to him. Loki obeyed her and she turned her attention back to the Doctor. "What's happening? Where are we going now?"

    ~
Peter emerged from the portal into the blinding sunlight. He winced and squinted his eyes; after his eyes adjusted and the sunlight dimmed, he looked around to find himself standing on a hill in the middle of a field. He squinted his eyes and saw a town about a half-mile away.
"That's probably where I'll need to go." He said aloud. But before he could take one step in that direction, Sarah Demens came through the portal behind him and fell on top of him.

  35. The Doctor shook Hook's shoulders. "I HAVE NO IDEA, BECAUSE THIS IDIOT WON'T MOVE!"
Hook shoved him off. "Hands off, clocklord!" "TIMElord!"
    "Oh, BLOODY whatever!"

The Doctor then took out his sonic screwdriver from his vest pocket and pointed it at him. "Don't make me use this!"
"Use WHAT?!" Hook looked over at him, teeth barred, when the Doctor abruptly activated his tool, a blue light shining in Hook's eyes with a whirling sound. It penetrated Hook's eardrums and blinded his eyes and the handsome pirate yelped, covering his ears and squeezing his eyes shut, as he staggered away. The Doctor took control of the T.A.R.D.I.S. as Hook stepped down as temporary captain, and he looked to see where the T.A.R.D.I.S. was heading. But a look of pure dread came over his face.
    "Oh no...not there!!!"
    ~
Sarah groaned, holding her aching side. "Arf...stupid me..." She was blinded by the sunlight. It made her wanna sneeze.

She covered her eyes with her other hand and laid there for a bit, until she realized she had landed on something hard and uncomfortable. She felt under her and it came to her attention that she had landed on a body.
She staggered up and turned to face it. "WHOOPS! My bad!"

She hurriedly grabbed Pan's hand and practically threw him to his feet.
Then, she immediately tossed her arms around him.
    "You alright, you wretched thing?"

  36. "What's there?! Will /someone/ please tell me where we're going?" Rose asked frantically.
Loki gripped onto the bar behind him until his fingers turned white.

Peter groaned as Sarah helped him up and then looked surprised as she suddenly embraced him. He wrapped his arms around her. "Ouch. Yeah, I'm fine. I think I hurt my side. But I'm glad to see you." He pulled away from the embrace slightly to look her in the eye. "Why do you follow me? I thought you were busy."

  37. The T.A.R.D.I.S.'s controls suddenly burst into flames and sparks flew everywhere. The Doctor yelled and jumped back, grabbing Rose's arm.
    "EVERYONE, DUCK!!!!!"
The T.A.R.D.I.S. came crashing down in a foreign land...

(would you like to choose the land this time? ;))
    ~
"Ooo.." Sarah felt his side, just as Pan was wincing.
"Eek..I'm sorry.." She held out her hand and a purple light spread through her palm into the injured area. "There.." She smiled. "All healed."
She looked back up at him. "Uhh..yeah. ABOUT that.. I WAS getting to my plans, but the guards kind've....caught up with me...sooner than I expected." She looked away, biting her lip. "And yeah..I panicked..now I'm here..couldn't think of anything else at the time."

  38. (Hm, where would Hook be afraid to go?? How about OZ? :])
Everyone fell onto the floor as the TARDIS crashed landed. Rose got up and looked at the screen. "I-I don't believe it. We're actually in.....Oz."
After slowly picking himself up off the floor, Loki asked in a confused tone, "Oz? What the he-- is that?"

    ~
Peter sighed, relieved as Sarah healed his side. "Thank you." He mumbled softly.
He gave her a reassuring smile. "That's alright. I wanted you to come with me in the first place. Now," He held out his hand to her. "shall we go take a look around?"

    ReplyDelete
  39. (Ohhhh snap. Here we go! ;))
The Doctor shook his head. "Normally, OZ is a wonderful place...but what I'm dreading is that we landed in...the witch's territory."
"GET US THE BLOODY H*** OUT'VE HERE!!!"
Hook broke for the controls, but the Doctor pushed him back.
"Now everyone just CALM DOWN! We're not going ANYWHERE."
"Why not?!" Hook exclaimed, flinging his hook about.
"Because you broke the controls, captain." The Doctor turned and played with a few buttons, but it did him no good. He stood back and stared at the screen. "We're stuck here..."
    ~
Sarah smiled back. "That you did...but you know me..I'm a hard-to-get kind've gal." Even so, she had no problem taking his open hand. "Off to see the Wizard?" She laughed as they started off.
If only she knew the irony behind her words.

  40. "Nice going, pirate." Loki snarled at him.
"The witch's territory?" Rose's eyes widened. "You mean like the Wicked Witch of the West? All we need is a bucket of water to pour on her and we're good, right?"
    ~
Peter laughed back and squeezed her hand gently. "Oh, I hope we didn't land there. Last time, I was in Oz....let's just say it didn't go too well. If they see my face again, they would try to land a house on me." He laughed at his own words.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Hook whipped his head at Loki. "Oh, like YOU could do any better!"
"SHOOSH!" The Doctor exclaimed. All fell silent. "We don't have to worry about any witches. All we need to do is just stay inside until I can find a way to repair the T.A.R.D.I.S. No one can get inside unless let in. Until then, please, everyone. Just sit back. This'll take awhile."
Hook shrugged. "No argument here, mate.."
    ~
"Puh, you think THAT'S bad? I'm practically fugitive #1! They hate me over there!" She looked away. "At least that version...there are other versions that like me." She made a lopsided frown, then looked around. "I don't think we've landed in OZ..looks too...um.." She halted. "Wait...is this..it has to be..but is it?" She swung her head over at him. "You used the red bean, right? This isn't exactly..I mean..I didn't know where it would take us, but...blargh. Of all places!"

  42. Rose sighed. She titled her head as if she heard something. "Doctor, is there anything out there besides the witch that we need to be worried about?"
Loki marched offensively towards to Hook. "As a matter of fact, I could. Unlike you, I have magic and, no doubt, a keener mind."

Peter looked at her confused. "Yeah, I used the red bean. What's wrong, Sarah? Where did it take us?"

  43. Hook scoffed as Loki got close. "Ohhh, MAGIC. I'm about up to HERE with bloody MAGIC. It's brought nothing but trouble for me!" He threateningly waved his hook infront of his face. "You weren't so keen-minded when the lass took you down."
"Alright, you two." The Doctor scolded, but was a little late.
He looked to Rose, just as he noticed the same sound as her.
"...Welllll...there are of plenty things...flying monkeys, for one."
    ~
    Sarah bit her lip. "Scrap..."
Suddenly, the sound of approaching hooves appeared out of no where.
Sarah gasped, grabbed his hand and ran at full speed behind a large rock.

A figure came riding up the hill, riding a dark horse, and was clad in black. His long hair, being the same color, fluttered in the wind as he stopped the horse at the exact same spot Sarah and Peter were at.
He looked around for a minute, as if in search for the two, then growled slowly from the pit of his throat.
"Scrap, scrap, scrap, don't get off the horse.." Sarah prayed under her breath.
    He then dismounted the animal.
"SCRAP. WE'RE DEAD." She squealed in a whisper.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Loki clenched his jaw. "Well, neither were you, seeing that you followed her around as you were her little servant."
Rose raised an eyebrow. "Flying monkeys? Like the 'Fly, my pretties!'?" Rose exhaled deeply. "Well, that could be a problem." Suddenly, Rose jumped back when there was a loud bang against the TARDIS walls. "Doctor!" She looked at the screen camera and saw a few flying monkeys banging against the TARDIS. "Doctor, they're out there! There's five of them!"
Loki looked at the screen and chuckled. "Perhaps some of my 'bloody' magic could help us out on this one."
    ~
Peter kept quiet and grasped her hand, watching the hooded figure carefully. He whispered to her. "Should we run? What should we do?"

    ReplyDelete
  45. "I was trying to survive, mate!" Hook hissed. "She OBVIOUSLY has the power to do whatever she bloody well chooses!"
Hook looked as if he were about to come slashing hook-first at the Asgardian, but the sudden occurrence interrupted any such thing and he jumped.
The Doctor was in a cross-world of looking at the screen and looking at the door, as Rose huddled against him and Loki stood behind, looking over his shoulder.
But what came out of Loki's mouth made him grit his teeth.
He swung his head. "You will do no such thing. These creatures are only serving the witch because they HAVE to. And even so, I wouldn't let you."
He looked back at the screen. "They can't get in..."
Hook remained standing a few feet from them, looking completely useless.
"So we just sit here like sitting ducks and what? Wait for when they CAN?!"
    ~
Sarah briefly rolled her eyes and shook his hand away, despite the fact she was terrified of who they had just come across...of all people.
"Um, yes and no.." She whispered.
But the darkened figure slowly approached her, sniffing the air as if he were a canine trying to track his prey.
Suddenly, he spoke, with a most slow, grim sounding voice.
"I smell........" He sniffed the air once more, then a wicked grin slowly formed between his lips. "...FEAR." He looked straight at Sarah and Pan's direction.

And soon, his entire face looked as if it were grinning.
"Come out, Demens...I know you're there."

Sarah's entire body jolted and her eyes became saucers.
Then, she cautiously crawled out of her hiding place, not even trying to teleport in a different location to trick him or even run to try to escape.
It would do her no good.
"Why does everyone bloody remember me?" She whispered to herself as she arose in sight.
    The stranger looked please.

"Heeyyyyyy, Kurgan." She greeted with a smile, advancing towards him with semi-caution. "Long time, no see, dude! Kill anyone lately?"
She chuckled, but it came out a bit more perkier than she'd hoped.
Kurgan gave her an unconvinced half-smile. "I spotted you and that boy falling from the sky, so you can cease covering yourself AND him."
He cut his eyes at Pan's direction. "What brings you here again...Demens?"
    "Things." Sarah immediately answered.
He looked back at her. "Oh? What KIND of things?"
He edged towards her until he was only about a foot away.
Sarah kept a planted grin on her face for as long as her body possibly could. "Just things..."
"I take it you aren't here to see ME?" He looked back at Pan.
"um, no offense, but no..." Sarah scratched the back of her neck.
"I don't even know what I'm doing here, dude..."
    Kurgan chuckled, darkly. Sarah winced.
    The evil Kurgan laughter....it stung.

    ReplyDelete
  46. Loki gritted his teeth and groaned. "No offense, Doctor, but I think that they are far beyond saving."
The loud bangs against the TARDIS got louder and more frequent. Rose looked at the screen. "Doctor! There's more of them. How long do we have to wait for?"
    ~
Peter stood up cautiously when the Krugan called him out. He held up his hands defensively and forced a smile. "Hi, Krugan. I'm Peter. It's nice to meet you." Behind Krugan's back, he gave Sarah a worried look. When Krugan turned around to face him, Peter forced a smile again. "Can you tell me where we are?"

    ReplyDelete
  47. Hook shook his head. "We need to find a way out of this world..."
The Doctor had just decided to pretty much ignore Hook now. He stared at the screen, worriedly and sighed, running his hand through his spiky hair.
"I....I need more time...I need more time..." He bowed his head, stress-fully.
"I just need more time.." "Well we're OUT of time!" Hook protested.
"Those bloody primates are coming for us and sooner or later, they'll get here!" He cursed under his breath.
"Some reason, I'm wishing I had gotten stuck with the lass, instead..."
    ~
'I wish I had gotten stuck with the others instead', thought Sarah.
She looked over at Pan, hopefully.
RUN, she had mouthed while Kurgan had his back turned.
Pan didn't seem like he had any intention to obey.
    She face-palmed.
"And who's this?" Kurgan said, amused, beginning to slowly circle the teenage boy. He seemed to not have any intention to answer Pan, either.
"You didn't tell me you had a human pet..." He poked at Pan's shoulder, then sniffed his hair. Pan gave him weirded out expressions.
"Um.." Sarah was about to attempt to come up with a believable explanation..
"Don't tell me HE'S the boy you fell hard for. He's rather skinny and pathetic."

Sarah jolted. Pan suddenly casted her a boyish grin and made Sarah panic.
"O-OF COURSE NOT! Sarah Demens falls for no one..it's only one-sided.."
She crinkled her eyebrows at Pan, softly shaking her head, though he still stared at her, grinning like an idiot.
"Tell him where you are." Kurgan threw out, resting a hand on Peter's shoulder, beginning to stare directly at Sarah.
She gritted her teeth. "Pan.....you're in..Scotland..Earth...1536."
Pan's eyebrows rose in amusement. She bit her lip.
"And in answer to YOUR question, Kurgan my dear..."
She eyed the tall man. "...We're here to take an immortal's heart."

    ReplyDelete
  48. Rose kept her eyes fixed on the Doctor. "Maybe we can fight them off. We don't have to kill them. We can distract them away from the TARDIS to give you more time." She stepped closer to him and looked at him with pleading eyes. "We've got Loki's magic and Hook's sword and antsy-ness. I can help them. Please, Doctor. We can try, can't we?"
Loki just watched Hook and laughed in amusement. "Still wishing you were trailing behind that blasted girl again, do you? Maybe I was wrong. Maybe you need to follow Sarah Demens. You seem quite useless without her to tell you what to do."
    ~
"Scotland? Huh." Peter shrugged. He had no complaints. He definitely had no complaints about Sarah having feelings for him either.
When Sarah told Kurgan what they came for, his lips curved into a smile. He eyed Krugan carefully. /His heart might work nicely for me./ He thought to himself. He waited for Krugan's response before looking to Sarah on what to do next.

    ReplyDelete
  49. The Doctor looked at Rose and seemed to be studying her, for what felt like forever. Finally, he exhaled deeply, and turned to face her. He laid one hand on her shoulder and the other to stroke her head. "Alright..have it your way, Rose Tyler." He reached in and kissed her sweet little forehead.
He then went to work. "You three..open that door and show them THIS-"
He handed Rose the psychic paper. "Hopefully it'll appear as something useful..and believable..to buy us some time."
"What, like a traveling troupe?" Hook sassed.
"Sure, you can be the grouchy pirate in the band of circus performers. Just look at them, wave your hook, say 'Arr!' and they'll be convinced."
Hook gave the statement a look of disapproval.
    ~
Sarah irritatedly gritted her teeth at Pan's smugness.
She knew what he was thinking, the fiend.
Kurgan gave Sarah a blank stare for a long time.
She tightened her fists and readied her body in case she had to run.
But the tall immortal abruptly gave a chilling grin that didn't make her feel any better. "How...interesting."
He removed his hand from Pan's shoulder and slowly approached the girl, his large boots clinging together.
"So you've come to remove a heart...from an immortal."
He arrived just inches from Sarah, then leaned in closer to her face.
    She gulped.
"Well.....why don't I-- BEAT YOU TO IT?!" He grabbed her by the throat before she could breathe and lifted her body high into the air. She kicked and squeaked for air, but it did her no good. She went to teleport herself, but he unexpectedly ripped her handy belt right from her waist and tossed it away.
"Your magical tools can't save you now, princess. Your heart is now mine."

    ReplyDelete
  50. Rose took the psychic paper, smiling. "Thank you, Doctor." She hugged him and returned a kiss on his forehead. She turned to Hook and Loki and giggled at Hook. "I think it could work for you, Hook." Loki laughed heartily behind him; so Rose threw him a look. "And you could be quite the spectacle yourself, my friend. The Asgardian magician prince."
Loki stopped laughing and frowned. "I'm /not/ a spectacle for people to laugh at."
Rose stifled a giggle. "I think Hook's laughing at you already." She glanced at Hook, who was laughing heartily at Loki. "Anyways, boys, we can laugh more later. Let's get to work." She walked to the TARDIS doors and waited for the other two to follow. "Ready?" She asked.

    ~
"But I can still save her." In one swift motion, Peter reached into Krugan's chest and pulled out his heart. He gave it a squeeze, causing Krugan to wince in pain. Peter narrowed his eyes at him. "Now. /Drop/, /Her."

    ReplyDelete
  51. "As ready as one can get with flying demons.." Hook commented, shrugging his shoulders, getting ready to put on a show.
The Doctor worked busily in the background, but made an effort to keep a eye on what was about to take place..
    ~
The Kurgan stared at Pan with the utter most amusement, even through the pain. This insignificant child thought he had power of him?
Granted, he had his heart..but the Kurgan also had Pan's girl.
He gave the boy a wicked grin.
"I've never feared death, boy...so go ahead..kill me...but the instance you do it, is the instance I'll have snapped her neck."
Sarah squeezed her eyes shut and let out a hand. The Kurgan swung his head at her, alarmed. In her hand was a golden orb.
She opened her eyes and smiled at him, even though she couldn't breathe.
As if on cue, the Kurgan was pounced, and Sarah plummeted to the grassy ground. While the brutal immortal was busy being attacked by the called-upon stranger, Sarah recovered quickly, only briefly hacking and wheezing for air. She shot up, grabbed Pan by the back of his shirt, snatched her tool belt and ran as far away from the area as possible.
"Well, now you have your heart!" She yelled over the wind.

    ReplyDelete
  52. Rose grasped the door handle carefully and opened the door a bit to see what was happening outside.
"Wait..." Loki put his arm in front of her and looked at both her and Hook. He waves his hand over the three of them. "We're invisible now. Perhaps, we can distract them away from the TARDIS and give the Doctor some time."
"That sounds like a good plan to me. How about to you, Captain?" Rose asked.

    ~
"Yes! Thank you for finding me the right candidate!" Pan shouted back, smiling. He laughed as they ran and looked back to see if Krugan was far behind them. "Once I put this in my chest, he'll die!" He screamed over the wind. "Shall...I do it now?"

    ReplyDelete
  53. Hook shrugged. "I suppose..." He looked over at Rose and got a little closer.
"Stay behind me, darling." He tapped under her chin and winked.
"Wouldn't want your pretty face getting blemished."
Thankfully, the Doctor didn't hear such flirtation to his Rose.
    ~
At this, Sarah stopped them both in their tracks by placing her hand on his shoulder. She looked over at where they left the Kurgan, then back at him.
"..um..." She glanced down at the heart. "..I..."
Pan seemed to be ignoring her uncertainty, however.
It appeared he was going to go through with it, without her direct consent.

He started to raise the heart up, where she could get a better look at it.
There wasn't even a trace of red left in it-- it was all black.
It pumped like a drum in his hand, so loud, it hurt Sarah's ears.

She frowned as the scene with the Kurgan replayed in her mind.
Kurgan grabbing her by the throat and holding her in the air.
She watched as Pan got ready to place it into his own chest.
The question suddenly rang in her head--- if he put Kurgan's heart, with all the hatred and brutal evil pulsing within, inside of him..would he become just like him? What if Pan lost sight of the care he had for her, and became the next one to try to kill her?

Before Pan could proceed, Sarah abruptly took his hovering hand, the heart sitting tightly in his grasp. He looked at her with confusion.
"Wait..." She whispered, looking sorrowfully at his perfect child-like face.
"...I don't have a good feeling about this.."

    ReplyDelete
  54. Rose just rolled her eyes and scoffed. "I can take care of myself just fine, Captain. Perhaps you should worry about your own pretty face. If you damage that, all you'd have is your flimsy charm to get the girls to like you." She smirked and pushed the door open. Walking out into the dark forest, she turned and saw the monkeys banging against the TARDIS. One of them saw that the door was open and started to head towards it. Rose panicked, hurried Loki and Hook out of the TARDIS and promptly shut the door. The monkey flew into the closed door and continued to bang against that, not noticing any of the three people standing behind him.
Loki gestured towards the oblivious monkey as if to say, "See? Nothing to worry about." Then he pressed a finger to his lips to let Rose and Hook to keep silent.
    ~
"Why? What do you think is going to happen?" Pan studied her concerned look, trying to figure out what was wrong. He looked down at the heart, and noticed how black it was. Was that what he would become? And /why/ would /he/ care if he became that way? How did he usually act any different?
Then he looked back up at Sarah. Now he understood--why she didn't want him to and why he didn't want to. He cared about not turning into that kind of person because of /her/.
Pan didn't want to look weak; so he just sighed in an annoyed way and said, "Then what do you suggest? Should we go find another immortal with a heart not as black and twisted?"

    ReplyDelete
  55. (Ouch, go Rose! XD)
Hook was taken back by Rose's comments, but he shrugged it off.
He pranced after the two as they hurried away from the monkeys.
"The Doctor better get that contraption fixed QUICK." He whispered, but a bit too loudly. One of the monkeys perked it's head up as if it heard him and the trio froze....but then it proceeded to bang on the doors alongside the others.
    ~
Sarah sighed and looked back at the heart. She hated doing this because she was the reason they were there to begin with...
    there was another way.
"Lots of immortals die in this particular storyline...so, maybe we can--"
She stopped and thought. Then she smiled. "As long as we keep his heart, the Kurgan will do everything we say, right?" She didn't give him a chance to respond. "Well, with him doing what we tell him to, he won't be a problem for us. In the mean time, we'll be able to track down the other immortals. I'm sure there's someone around that isn't in much need of a heart."
    She thought. "Perhaps...RAMIREZ!"
    "Ramirez?"
Sarah looked to see the called-upon stranger standing behind them.
She grinned. "Connor! How are ya, buddy?"
"I'm well." Connor said with a nod. He looked over at Pan. "Who's this?"

    ReplyDelete
  56. (Hehehe, always wanted to say something like that to that adorable rapscallion. ;])
Loki pressed his finger to his mouth again, this time giving Hook a dark look. He motioned them over to behind a tree, where he found a few stones. Carefully, he picked one up and lightly tossed it into a bush to the right side of the TARDIS. A few of the monkeys looked up, but thought it was nothing and looked back to the TARDIS. Loki did it once more; two of the monkeys stopped whacking the TARDIS and walked over to the bush.
"Maybe we can lead them into a trap." Loki whispered quietly enough for the monkeys not to hear.
    ~
Pan was confused, but cautiously offered Connor his hand to shake. "The name's Peter Pan." He put his hand holding Krugan's heart behind his back. "You know Sarah?"

    ReplyDelete
  57. (Same here, chicka.)
Hook stared with the others at the monkeys who were inspecting the bushes.
He breathed in and out, tightening his fist. ".......forget it."
He then ran off and started jumping around to get the monkeys' attention.
"HEY, OVER HERE, IDJITS! I'M WHAT YOU WANT!"
Hook then ran off, the monkeys squealing as they chased after him.
This unexpected behavior was sure to baffle anyone..
    ~
Connor titled his head. "No need to hide it, lad..I saw the whole thing, you taking the Kurgan's heart." He looked down at Pan's hand as if he didn't understand. "Connor.."
"He's an immortal, too, and NO, we are not taking his heart."
Sarah pulled Pan back and got in between the two.
"Connor, where's Kurgan?" "He escaped on his horse.."
"Ah, well, scrap." Sarah kicked the dirt. She looked back up at him, then pulled out the Kurgan's heart, which made Pan look at his hand in surprise.

"Long story short, Pan needs help. If he doesn't find immortality soon, he will die. I brought him here to find an immortal heart. The only problem is, when you get someone else's heart, their emotions kind've become you. SO. The Kurgan's heart is no good. There's not an ounce of good inside of it. We thought Ramirez would be the right candidate."
"And why do you think that?" "The man already dies, Connor. I told you this."
"I thought your job was to HELP us, not KILL us?"

Sarah bowed her head for a minute...this was true...that WAS what she appointed herself to do. She shrugged it off and got closer to him, pulling him aside from Pan's hearing range.
"Look," She began to whisper. "Peter matters more to me than anyone..I really care about him..and I DON'T want him to die. I need to find some way to way to save him and right now, this is the only way. Unless you got better ideas."
Connor gave her a look of confusion. "Are there not other places to find immortality? Do you REALLY need a heart?"
Sarah thought about it. Perhaps there was....perhaps.....she could save everyone from certain death.

    ReplyDelete
  58. Loki face-palmed. "Where in Midgard did Sarah find that fool?"
Rose laughed. "I don't know. But does he realize he's still invisible? They're just following the noise he's making."
Loki looked up and rolled his eyes.
Rose shrugged. "We better join in. Come on!" Then Rose and Loki ran after Hook, making noises to distract the monkeys.
    ~
Peter stood watching Connor and Sarah talk and occasionally glanced at the heart in his hands. Then he jumped into the conversation with, "So what else could give me immortality? Where else could we find it?"
Before Connor could answer, Peter let his other hand find Sarah's and held it softly. He looked over at her and gave her a smirk and a slight wink.

    ReplyDelete
  59. Hook was so impressed by his own courage that the lout did NOT in fact realize he was still invisible. He ran and ran and kept running, throwing random insults at the primates as if it even mattered.
He soon came to realize that Rose and Loki were following him and he smirked.
"Just couldn't stay away from me, eh, doll?!" He looked back and winked at Rose. He turned his head back, but sent out a yelp as he knocked into a thick wood hanging from a tree. He was bounced back to the ground.
Not only that..but he was now out cold.
    ~
Sarah did a cocky half-smile and gently shook her head at the mischievous fiend. She then had a thought, and looked back at Connor. "I got it!" She swung her body around and grabbed Pan's face. "On Stranger Tides, boy!"
    Pan looked confused.
"The answer is the Fountain of Youth!" She grinned and without warning, gave him a lengthy smooch. This was to make up for earlier.
Connor rolled his eyes in the background.
Sarah sprung back and saluted the two off.
"Be right back! Stay RIGHT there!"
She suddenly threw a green orb at the ground and jumped into it.

  60. Rose couldn't help but laugh as Hook collided with a tree branch. When Rose and Loki caught up to him, she looked at Loki and said, "I'm really glad pirates aren't my type."
Loki chuckled. "So am I. Otherwise, I wouldn't approve of your boyfriends." With little struggle, he hoisted Hook's unconscious body into his arms. "We better keep moving. We have to find a place to trap them."
Rose and Loki continued to run for the next ten minutes, until Rose yelled out, "Hey! I found something! This way!"
Rose took a sharp turn to the right and led Loki through the forest. "When I say jump, JUMP." She called out over the wind.
Loki looked back at the monkeys and then back at her. "W-what do you mean---"
"JUMP!!" Rose hurdled herself over what looked like a large patch of grass onto a dirt path on the other side of it. Loki followed suit, using magic to keep himself for landing on the patch as he carried Hook. When the monkeys caught up to them and ran onto the patch, suddenly, the patch of grass crumbled beneath them and all of the monkeys fell into a deep hole.
Loki smirked. "Nice job, Rose. How'd you know?"
Rose smiled back triumphantly and shrugged. "Now, let's head back to the TARDIS and check on the Doctor."
    ~
Pan was very confused, but didn't care when Sarah smooched him. It surprised him, but he had just enough time to kiss her back.
Then as Sarah disappeared, he was more confused and left alone with a stranger. There was an awkward silence between them as they stood there waiting for Sarah. Pan attempted to smile, and Connor awkwardly smiled back. So Pan just looked away and waited for Sarah to come back.

  61. The Doctor fiddled with this and that and let out an exasperated growl, when the T.A.R.D.I.S. doors were kicked in and Rose and Loki stormed inside, Loki having an unconscious Hook over his shoulder.
The Doctor looked up and gained a look of confusion, horror and astonishment all in one. "What on earth happened?! What did you do to him now?! I told you two to play nice!!"
    ~
Sarah suddenly appeared from the same place she disappeared and leaped over to Pan, without so much as a 'hello', arms full of dirty looking clothing.
"Put these on!" She abruptly ordered.
Pan opened his mouth to speak, but she would have none of that. She shoved them in his arms. "No time for questions, we've gotta recruit you to be a pirate!"

    ReplyDelete
  62. "Doctor! Doctor, we /did/ play nice. Hook got too excited and ran into a tree." Rose said, while trying to stifle a laugh.
Loki didn't even try to hold his laughter back. He set Hook on the TARDIS floor and stepped over him to the Doctor. "We bought you some time, Doctor. How much more time will you need to finish fixing your machine?"
    ~
Peter's eyes widened. "Wait--/what/? I'm not becoming a bloody pirate." He shook his head. "I'm not joining Hook's crew, am I?!"

    ReplyDelete
  63. The Doctor stared them with widened eyes. He couldn't believe his ears.
Hook ran into a tree. HOOK RAN INTO A TREE.

He shook his head at the idea and checked the monitor. "Not long. There's just one thing we'll need to fix the T.A.R.D.I.S...." He glanced at Loki, then at Rose. "The Wicked Witch."
    ~
"PLEEAASSEEE, this is our big chance to make you immortal! And no, it ain't with Hook's crew...it's with Blackbeard's." Sarah wrapped her arms around him and fell into a pleading fit. "Please, please, please!!! I'll do anything you want if you would just do it this way!!!"
She stuffed her face in his chest and pretended to weep.

    ReplyDelete
  64. Both Rose and Loki's eyes widened and they said in unison, "What?"
    "Why?" Rose asked further.
    ~
Peter groaned. "Fine! I'll do it. But you owe me for this one. Not just the immortality." After grinning mischievously, he lifted her chin up and kissed her. After he pulled away, he smiled and said, "There. You don't owe me anymore. So, when do we start?"

    ReplyDelete
  65. "Because she has the power to do so. In order to be able to USE her power, however, she needs to do it voluntarily. Which is why Loki is going to have to win her over with his abilities."
The Doctor fixed his tie and slicked back his hair. "Besides, girls never resist good old fashion male charm." He winked, mischievously, at Rose.
"How do you think I got HER here?"
"That sounds like a bloody awful plan.."
The Doctor looked and saw that Hook had come to, holding his head, grumbling.
    "Well no one asked you."
    ~
Sarah smirked and messed up his hair. "You're such a fiend.."
Connor yet again rolled his eyes in the background.
"Is that ALL you two do?!"
But Sarah ignored him and pondered on the situation.
"..Perhaps I could be a Mermaid...hm...." She thought.
"OH, RIGHT. We gotta get you off to the recruiting!"
She pulled out a blue orb and handed it to him.
"Throw this and it'll take you outside of a pub where Blackbeard will be gathering up his crew members." She nodded at the clothes she handed him. "Put those on, as well."
She then pulled out a small kit from no where and opened it up. She dipped her fingers in a brownish substance and began to smear it all over Pan's face.
"You need to look like a dirty pirate boy, love. Your flawless little perfect self just won't cut it."

    ReplyDelete
  66. Rose smiled and unconsciously blushed a little as the Doctor flirted with her. "Well, maybe Hook would prefer flirting with the Wicked Witch of the West." She commented, glancing at Hook, still lying on the ground. "Not that I think Loki would mind."
Loki chuckled. "I should be able to get her to cooperate. When do we start?"
    ~
Peter, a bit reluctantly, allowed Sarah to smear his face with dirt. He sighed. "Whatever it takes, I guess....Where....exactly...will I change?" He asked, sheepishly.

    ReplyDelete
  67. "Now." The Doctor announced, just as he pushed both Rose and Loki out the doors, of which he immediately slammed.
He turned to Hook. "Up, old Jones. While those two are off to see the witch, I'm going to need YOUR assistance."
Hook stood up and frowned, holding his head. "Oh goody..."
    ~
Sarah grinned as she pressed her tongue against her cheek.
"There are some bushes over there," She pointed.
Connor looked over at her. "And what do I do?"
"YOU'RE coming with me, my good man."
She pulled on his sleeve, then got a little close to Pan. "I'll be seeing you soon, love. I'll make sure to negotiate with the mermaids so they don't attack you. You'll know what I'm talking about soon enough."
With that, she blew him a kiss, let out a "Good luck!" over her shoulder and plunged into a blue portal, Connor in tow.

  68. Loki and Rose tumbled out of the TARDIS, but managed to keep their balance and stand on their feet. "Now," Loki spoke up. "Where do we find this Witch?"
"Well, if I remember The Wizard of Oz correctly," Rose said. "She lives in a tall, scary castle. So I guess we look for that?" She shrugged.
Loki sighed and looked around him. Then he closed his eyes for a moment, clenching his fists a bit. "I see it." He said.
Rose raised an eyebrow. "You can see it? The castle?"
    "Grab my arm." He ordered.
    "What? Why?"
    "Just do it, Rose."
Rose sighed and grabbed a hold of his arm. In an instant, they were transported to the inside of the castle. Rose's eyes widened in amazement.
"How did you do that?" She whispered.
    Loki grinned. "Magic."
    ~
Peter sighed. He dressed himself in the clothes Sarah had given him quickly and pulled out of one of his red magic beans. He tossed one into the air to produce a red portal. He sighed again before jumping in and said, "Here goes nothing." Once he had stepped through, he arrived in the midst of a dingy bar, where all kinds of pirates were gathered. They were drinking, singing off-key and occasionally fighting with each other.
Peter looked around him and saw a line of pirates near a table. When he got a a closer look, he saw that there was a woman at desk, recruiting men to be part of a pirate crew.
/Maybe this is it./ He thought. He stood at the back and waited until the line led him to the table. The woman at the desk smiled at him. "Ah. Do you want to be a cabin boy for Captain Blackbeard?"
Peter nodded and grinned. "Yes, ma'am."
"Then sign up and follow him." The woman pointed to the gruff looking pirate standing behind her. "He'll take you to the ship."
Peter signed a made-up name carefully and smiled. "Thank you very much."
As he followed the man, he wondered, /What is Sarah doing right now?/

  69. "Just what exactly are you wanting me to do?"
    "Hold that wire--"
Hook did as he was told with his good hand as the Doctor fiddled with the inside of a small robotic item the size of a dinner plate. Hook peeked from over the Doctor's shoulder to see what he was doing, though even after seeing the small contraption, he still had not a clue.
"What ARE you playing at, man?"
"A communicator device." "A..what?" "Communicator device. It'll allow us to keep in contact with Rose and Loki while I'm fixing the T.A.R.D.I.S."
"And what am I going to do?" Hook asked with a raised eyebrow.
The Doctor glared up at him, whilst still fiddling, currently wearing a pair of intelligent looking glasses. "Stand there and bat your heavily blackened eyelids at the wall."
A beep was then heard and both Hook and the Doctor looked down at the machine at the exact same time. "Ah! There we go!" Cheered the Doctor.
He lifted it up, turned it around, then let go, it immediately hovering on it's own, a red dot appearing in the center of it's rim.
"Yes, Doctor?" The robot said in an obedient toned British accent.
"Right..go and watch out for Rose and Loki, pretty blonde girl and obnoxious looking man in weird clothes. We need to keep in contact with them without the Wicked Witch knowing...so stay hidden..understand?"
"As you wish, sir." The machine seemed to bow, then headed over to the door, of which the Doctor skipped across the T.A.R.D.I.S. to open, and soon the little device was off.

  70. Sarah and Connor whooshed into the air, portal water spinning around them with a million different colors and a million different worlds swirling about through the cracks. It was always hard for Sarah to breathe during the actual portal jump. The amount of power and excitement that built up inside of her made her feel like she was drowning. Connor held on to her utility belt, since it's easy to get lost while portal jumping. One never knows where they might end up.

The portal suddenly tossed them into a foreign area, the beautiful crisp land of grass disappearing behind them, the portal hole closing quickly.
Both Sarah and Connor sent out surprised gasps when they realized they were falling and falling and falling, right into a humongous body of water. They quickly held their breaths as they plummeted straight down into the dark depths. Sarah wasn't overly fond of being underwater, so she snatched the back of Connor's shirt and pulled him along with her as she kicked her way back to the top.
Once her head peeked out, she sent out a large gasp for air.
She flicked her open hand above her so it would be free of water, then wiped her eyes. Connor did the same. Both sounded exasperated, even though they were only under for merely a few seconds.

Sarah looked around, first at the sky. Above her and Connor was pure blackness, so it was most certainly night time..then she looked to her left...and right..and forward...and backward...nothing but water for miles and miles. She gritted her teeth. "Well...scrap...not really where I'd like to be.."
She shivered. The water was getting pretty cold and she was losing body heat fast. "Bleh...I might be immortal..as are you, my fine friend...but we still feel discomfort. We gotta snatch something we can sit on atop the water..." She looked about, but as to be expected, there was nothing.. but water.
"Perhaps you have something on your belt we could use?" Connor suggested. Sarah shivered again, but with a shaky nod. She reached in from under her and felt around her pouches, when something suddenly bumped against her arm. She gasped and pulled it back up again, her eyes widening. "Oh scrap.." "What is it?"
Sarah looked about, keeping silent. The water now seemed to be getting a dark..murky..dangerous vibe. Sarah sensed something had found them in the short time they were there. "What IS it?" Connor questioned once more.
Until he felt the same bump against him and he jumped, swinging his body around. They looked around for a few minutes, knowing full well something was circling them. That's when the two, at the same time, spotted an object kick out from under the water...a shiny tail of a minty green that had scales scattered all over. Sarah gulped. "..Mermaids."

  71. Rose smiled. "That's amazing. So where exactly are we in the castle?" She looked around her to find them in a darkly-lit hallway.
Loki stepped forward quietly, surveying the area around them. "We should be close to the throne room. If we're quiet, we should be safe. You know that we're invisible to any guards we might see, yes?"
"I know now." Rose whispered. "So, Loki, how exactly are you planning on charming this witch?"
Loki gave Rose a mischievous smile. "Oh, I have my ways."
Rose laughed. "Well, I guess I'll believe it when I see it." She teased.
Loki just rolled his eyes and sighed. "Follow me. And remember, keep quiet."
    ~
"Put your backs into it!" A hoarse voice yelled to the crew.
Peter brushed a strand of hair out of his face and lowered his gaze from the muscular pirate standing above him. He put pressure on the coarse brush he was holding and scrubbed the deck harder. /How much longer do I have to wait for Sarah?/ He thought to himself. He let out a frustrated groan. /I've been working on this bloody ship for a week now./ He spoke the last thought he had out loud. "My back bloody hurts."
The shipmate next to him glanced at him and laughed. "Get in line, boy. Besides, it's only mornin'. We have a lot more work to do today."
"Was that supposed to make me feel better?" Peter groaned. "My back still bloody hurts."
"So does mine. But do ye see me whinin' 'bout 't?" The shipmate shook his head. "Get to work." Then he focused his attention back on his own job.
Peter sighed and sat up. If he didn't have to keep his cover, he would have liked talk to this 'Blackbeard' about cutting back on the work they were doing and force him into doing it. But he knew how upset Sarah would get if he just blew his cover like that. So he went back to working, his back still aching.
"W-woah!" Suddenly, the boat rocked and Peter rolled forward, landing on the side of the boat. A few of the shipmates beside him had done the same; after a moment of stillness and calm, the boat rocked again and Peter tumbled backwards.
One of the men ran to the side and looked into the water. Peter got up just in time to see the look of horror on the man's face.
The man turned to the crew and screamed at the top of his lungs. "MERMAIDS!!"

  72. "Now, Hook, tell me, how exactly did you come to meet my small, ill-tempered associate, miss Demens?"
Hook sat down as the Doctor played at the T.A.R.D.I.S.'s control panel.
"She dragged me out from my ship's deck...and I fell into the water. Then after I went unconscious, I assume she grabbed me and pulled me right into one of her portals. Then I woke up. She introduced herself, I to her. And shortly after, we found you." "Interesting...what could she want you for?"
The Doctor really said this as a thought, rather than a question, as he hovered his Sonic Screwdriver over one part of the controls, it making it's signature whirling sound.
"I really have no idea...she's a strange lass."
    "That she is."
The two sat in silence for awhile. They really couldn't find anything better to talk about, so they proceeded to talk more about Sarah.
"And how did YOU manage to make the young lass' acquaintance?"
"She took control of the T.A.R.D.I.S. like she owned it and demanded I become her loyal slave. This was of course a ruse for the group of Daleks that had somehow gotten on the T.A.R.D.I.S. She made them think she was on their side, when she quickly found a way to dispatch them and introduced herself more properly. We soon had marvelous adventures...sooner or later, she left me to go on with her duties solo."
"My, my....so what is she getting at, do you think? Is she on any particular side? She seems to fancy Pan quite a bit.."
"Does she? Mm..yes, I remember that...she always did have a thing for the..'bad boys'.."
The Doctor paused and looked up at the ceiling, squinting his eyes through his glasses. "I've never quite gotten the full story on her. She seems to be on my side....though she gets along just as well with my enemies..."
"Do you even know anything about her?" "Besides that she's a portal jumper and befriends anyone she comes across, no. She's a mystery, really.."
"Ah...a cloaked lass...teeming with secrets...just my type." Hook smiled.
"DON'T you even think about it, she is way too young for you!" The Doctor pointed at him, giving him a protective big-brother-like stare.
Hook sighed. "I take it you fancy her as you do the blonde lass.."
"Of course not! Don't be stupid!" He threw his head away. "I merely watch out for her..." "And yet Pan can have the little ray of sunshine with no consequences?" "I've never once shown support for that, have I? I don't like Pan much...he's far too dangerous. He's gonna wind up getting her killed one day.." "Honestly, mate, from what I've seen, it might just be the other way around.." Hook clenched his one good hand, a fire in his eye.
    "And I hate Pan...."

  73. "Don't panic, old boy.." Sarah urged Connor, even though he seemed to be doing alright. She looked back at the Mermaids who were starting to circle the two and she swallowed. "I just need to bring something here that can help me..." She looked up at the sky and concentrated on one spot in particular. There, she snatched a purple orb from her pouch and threw it at the spot, where a portal immediately formed and a huge boat fell from above. Sarah grabbed Connor and quickly swam away as the boat fell not very far from where they were. The impact caused the waves to shoot out, bringing the two down below for a few seconds, but they hurriedly floated back to the top and once again wiped the water from their eyes.
"You ok, Connor, old man?" He nodded. She nodded back. "Good."
She and him swam over to the boat and climbed aboard.
She turned around once she felt she was ready and placed her hands on her hips as she faced the water. "Alright, girls, come on out."
As if on cue, the water dwellers emerged, their heads peeking out as if they were shy to face the short human girl. She rose her eyebrows and put on a cocky smile. "We need to talk, ladies..."

  74. It didn't take Rose and Loki long to get to the Witch's room quietly. And sure enough, the Wicked Witch was waiting, pacing back and forth angrily as she looked at her crystal ball. "I'll get that girl and those slippers too!"
"Blimey, she's just like the one in the movie." Rose whispered. "And she sure is ugly. Are you sure this won't be difficult for you?"
Loki rolled his eyes again. "Trust me. I've done this before. There's nothing to it. All I have to do is flirt with her and flatter her. It's not like I have to marry her or anything."
"Well, you never know. Maybe she'll need extra convincing." Rose teased.
"Oh, /shut/ up." Right about then, Loki slowly stepped out of the shadows, revealing himself. He smiled and said, "Having trouble finding what you're looking for, my dear?"
Rose had to cover her mouth to keep from giggling.

As soon as the man shouted the name of the things they feared most, all the crew scrambled to their feet and ran to grab their weapons. "Someone needs to warn the captain!" A crew member called out.
Unsure what exactly to do with himself, Peter decided that that's what he would do. He opened the door that led to below the deck and ran down the stairs hurriedly. He scrambled past the frightened and hurried men down the hallways until he made it to the captain's quarters. He knocked furiously on the door.
"Captain, captain! There are mermaids attacking the ship!" He screamed. At first, there was no response. Peter pressed his ear to the door and could hear the creak of the floorboards and steps coming towards him.
He stepped back just in time before the door flew open to one of the most intimidating looking pirates that Pan had ever seen.
He was tall, and had long scruffy black hair that fell to his shoulders, with a equally long beard to match. The name 'Blackbeard' suited him well.
"They're back." Blackbeard murmured, acting unaware of Peter's presence. Then he smiled wickedly and headed up the stairs.

  75. Hook peeked over the Doctor's shoulder at the hand-held monitor the time traveler had to see what was going on with Rose and Loki.
Sure enough, the video recorder the Doctor's nifty little gadget held had tracked down the two inside the witch's castle and was currently spying on them from afar. Loki had approached the witch, whom looked to be a bit startled by the Asgardian's sudden appearance, with Rose standing close behind. "Well it looks as though the two have gotten in...and our fanciful friend has aroused curiosity from the old girl...I'm impressed."
"As am I.." the Doctor whispered. He rubbed his fingers together.
    "Let's hope this works..."

"What business do you have here again, Lady Demens?" One mermaid questioned, circling the object Sarah and Connor were floating upon.
Sarah waved a finger at her. "That's what we needed to talk over. See, I've got this friend...a little more than a friend...who I got stuck on Blackbeard's ship. The old pirate will be heading to the Fountain of Youth and I know you ladies hate his kind and won't much appreciate him hopping along to become immortal. SO. How's about we strike a deal? I sneak on to the ship while you distract the crew and Blackbeard himself so I can not only retrieve my lovely, but also find a way to sabotage old Beard's arrival to his particular destination. Sound good?" "And what is in it for you?" "I instead take my friend to get immortal life. Sound like a fair deal?" The mermaid stopped circling and tilted her head. Then, slowly, she gave Sarah a wicked smile.
    "Sounds brilliant...when do we start?"

  76. The Wicked Witch was startled by Loki's sudden greeting. "Who are you and what are you doing in my castle?" She hissed, holding out her hand in defense, in case she needed to use magic against him.
Loki held up his hands innocently. "Easy now, darling." He took a small, confident step towards her. "I am Loki of Asgard and I am in your castle because I came to see /you/." He smiled. "I've heard reports of your wickedness, magic and cruelty throughout the Land of Oz and I knew I had to see you myself."
"/Why/?" The Wicked Witch cackled. "So you could kill me?"
"On the contrary." Loki stepped closer towards her until he was within a few inches of her. "To admire you. And to tell you that I'm a big fan of your work."
The Wicked Witch lowered her broom and raised an eyebrow, not saying anything.
"Not to mention," Loki stroked her cheek with his finger. "I've always /loved/ the color green."
The Wicked Witch faintly blushed, and Rose had to try really hard to keep herself from laughing out loud.

As soon as Blackbeard came up onto the deck, most of the crew turned to glance at him, as if they were awaiting further orders. Some of the crewmen started firing guns into the water, but a few of those men were attacked by the mermaids and pulled down into the watery depths. Peter had taken the initiative to climb up to the lookout on the mast. He got a better view of the ongoing battle that way and kept himself quite clear of harm's way.
He sighed impatiently. "Sarah, where the heck are you?" He said aloud in a groan.

  77. "OH..I'm going to be...ugh...!!" Hook had to turn away from the screen. It was disgusting. He held a hand to his mouth and squeezed his eyes shut.
"How can you stand it, Doctor?!"
"I actually find it quite amusing." The Doctor nonchalantly replied, peeking at the screen every now and again, while fiddling with the T.A.R.D.I.S. controls.
"I think he's doing rather well." "It will never work, you know. She'll never help us, not even under the enchantment of Loki's...wooing."
The Doctor ceased all activity and turned his head at him.
Hook looked in his direction, but froze as he realized the Timelord was staring at him.
"....Don't ever say that word again." He said. Then turned back and continued his work. Hook started to shrug his shoulders. "So, if we need the hag's magical assistance, then why are you tampering with those infernal controls?"
The Doctor ran his Sonic Screwdriver down some cords. "I'm merely fixing the parts that I CAN fix. I need the Witch to simply bring power back to the heart of the T.A.R.D.I.S.. The crash caused it to shut it down and for some reason, I can't fix it with the Sonic Screwdriver."
"Poppycock..I'm sure there are other ways of turning it back on without the use of the blasted wench." "But she's the fastest. It'll work. Trust me."

  78. Amongst the chaos, Sarah climbed her way up the side of the ship and pulled herself on to the deck. She rolled on her back and puffed out exaggerated exhales. Connor crawled to beside her and flopped down. The two were soaking wet and had to take many a portal in order to get to that exact location and time. Not to mention, they had to evade several sharks and beasties that tried to engulf them, and once getting to their actual desired destination, they had to swim over a mile to the ship, seeing as how the portal that took them there failed to land them anywhere NEAR the ship.
    So yes. They were exhausted.

But thankfully, she had quickly spotted her mischievous friend standing atop the mast, looking around, all clothed in cabin boy rags.
She smirked and rose to her feet. "You hide out below, Connor. I'll go retrieve our rotten little cabin boy."

  79. (Sorry it took me so long! I tried sending it at first and it didn't work. :-/)
Loki continued to flirt and flatter the Wicked Witch of the West, while Rose waited patiently in the shadows. It was obvious that the Witch was falling for his tricks; so when he asked if she could come with him to help him with something, she eagerly agreed.
"Excellent." Loki said with a bright smile. "Now, before we go, there's someone I want to meet you to meet. A friend of mine who traveled with me here." He then gestured for Rose to come out.
Rose cautiously did, unsure whether or not the Wicked Witch would like her or not. Immediately, the Witch held up her broom stick in defense and hissed, "Sssshe can't come with us!"
"She's with me; you can trust her. And don't you trust me, /dear/?" Loki said in a silky smooth voice, attempting to calm her down.
The Witch shook her head. "She looks like Glinda. She could be a good witch just like her! No, she needs to be destroyed!"
Realizing his plan wasn't working, Loki sighed and waved his hand slightly. The Witch's expression softened and she lowered her broomstick. "I....suppose...if she's with you...she can't be bad..."
"That's right." Loki smiled and offered his arm to her. "Now, just hold on to me and I'll take you to my star ship. Does that sound good?"
The Witch nodded, and, while she giggled like a schoolgirl, she took his arm.
Rose took his other arm and muttered under her breath, "Not bad, loverboy."
Loki rolled his eyes at Rose before the trio were transported just outside of the TARDIS.
    -----------------------------------------
As the ship was tossed to and fro in the battle, Peter fell on his back and groaned. His body was already sore from working as a cabin boy; now his back really hurt. He carefully got up and looked down at the deck, hoping to see if the battle was nearly over. The battle was still going, much to his dismay. But, to his surprise and joy, he saw that Sarah had finally arrived. He quickly came down from the mast onto the deck and tried to make his way over to her. He would have made it too, if he collided with another pirate as he was running towards her.
He landed roughly on the deck and groaned again. "Sarah....get. Me. Out. Of. Here."

  80. The Doctor leaped to his feet when he realized the T.A.R.D.I.S. doors were trying to be opened. He quickly pointed at Hook, while running in the opposite direction. "Quick, get the doors! Let 'em in!"
Hook did as he was told and he ran to the doors, soon flying them open.
On the other end was Loki, the Wicked Witch and Rose. He winked at Rose. "Hello, love. Happy to have you on board once more." He turned. "Doctor, do tell me how we're going to acquire the old hag's assistance."
"She just needs to come over here and wave her hand over the controls, causing it to restart." "That's it?" Hook questioned, confused.
"That's it." The Doctor replied, shifting his glasses as he hooked up a few random cords, then ran to the three. He smiled and let out his hand to the Wicked Witch for a shake. "Ello! I'm the Doctor!"
    ~
"Right here, good lookin'!" Sarah exclaimed as she hovered above Pan, holding out her hand. She helped him up and faced him, hands at her hips. After looking at him up and down, she made an unimpressed face.
"I must say, you look terrible in those rags. We must get you back into your proper attire at once. But first, I need to have a chat with the captain. Where is he?"

  81. Once the doors opened to Hook, Rose rolled her eyes at his comment. "Just let me through, Hook."
The Wicked Witch raised her broomstick in defense, but as Loki put his hand on her shoulder (while rolling his eyes behind her back), she glanced up at him and lowered it, turning to look at the Doctor who had just greeted her. "Oh, the Doctor? What are you doing here? Is someone hurt?" She gestured to Hook. "Who's the ugly pirate?"
"Shhh, it's alright, dear." Loki said as he calmly led her in, his voice still silky smooth. "All your questions will be answered soon enough." He led her to console and said, "Here's what you need to do. I need you to wave your hand over the controls and restart my ship for me. Can you do that?"
The Wicked Witch thought for a moment and then nodded, giggling. "Just give me a moment, dear." She waved her dark green hand over the TARDIS console, green magic surging out of her hands. Immediately, the TARDIS restarted.

Peter smiled, wincing as Sarah helped him stand up. He rolled her eyes at her comment about his clothes and then said, "He should be around here somewhere barking orders at the crew." He glanced up when he thought he heard Blackbeard screaming and then pointed to him when he saw him. "Look, he's over there on the helm."
Blackbeard was standing next to his first mate as he turned the wheel to maneuver the ship. Blackbeard continued to bark orders to his crew and occasionally swiped at a mermaid with his sword.

The Doctor winkled his eyebrows at Loki's comment and began to mumble to himself. "...HIS ship??......."
"UGLY pirate?!" Hook said aloud, not caring who heard. He scowled at the witch.
"OK, THEN- that'll do for now!" The Doctor quickly went behind the witch and started to push her out of the T.A.R.D.I.S. "Thank you for your assistance, have a nice day, be sure to say hello to all the innocent villagers you terrorize for me, ALLONS-Y!" He shoved her out and swung around, pointing at Hook.
"Mr. Jones!" This caught the pirate's attention.
The Doctor gave him a serious expression, but it still made him want to chuckle. "You remember what we talked about...mate?" He slightly narrowed his eyes. Hook gave him a blank stare. ".....no."
"Of course you do." "I don't, actually." "Yes, you do." "I'm telling you, I have no bloody recollection of what you're talking about."
    The Doctor face-palmed. "....never mind."
He then approached Loki with a laid-back stroll, his hands behind his back.
"Your majesty, if you would be so kind as to step outside with me."

  83. Sarah smiled, laying an arm against Pan's shoulder for support, as she stared in Blackbeard's direction. "Perfect. Now if I can just get those two alone..."
"Two?" Sarah looked over at Connor, who had apparently grown tired of hiding out below deck. "Old boy, I thought I told you to hide!"
"And miss all the commotion?" He gave a look of disapproval. Sarah made a face. "Fine. But stay close...anyway, yes, those two. Blackbeard and his first mate...which also happens to be his daughter." Sarah pointed at Blackbeard and his daughter, Angelica. Connor looked surprised. "A woman?!"
"Hey now!" "Not to disrespect, m'lady."
Sarah chuckled and looked over at Pan. "Doesn't he sound so respectful? Unlike SOME people." She stuck her tongue out at him, then looked over at the mermaids.
"Feisty gals are carrying the plan out, perfectly. We better hurry, though, or they'll get ideas of crossing me."

  84. Loki breathed a sigh of relief after the Witch had left, thinking that his flirting facade was over. That is, until the Doctor suggested going back outside to talk.
Loki raised an eyebrow. "Of course, Doctor. But...outside? With the Witch? Do we dare to run into her again?"
Rose watched them from afar, but then decided to walk over to where Hook was. She smirked at him and said, "See? I'm not the only woman who doesn't find you.../dashing/."

Peter rolled his eyes and chuckled. "Oh, come on, love. Being respectful is no /fun/." Giving her a mischievous wink, he gestured to where Blackbeard was, and noticed a dark-haired, Hispanic woman next to him, who was also barking orders at the crew. "Shall we?"
